Reminder for schools taking part in a School Project this term: Submit your Post-Delivery Form

If your school is participating in a Hub-funded School Project this term, please ensure that a post-delivery meeting takes place between the class teacher(s) and your Project Deliverer at the end of your project. 

As part of the funding Terms & Conditions, this meeting must take place and the form must be submitted at the end of your project.
