Education Evolution: ASONE recognizes that the landscape of education in our sectors is undergoing a significant transformation. In line with the feedback and insights gained through consultations with industry experts, we are pioneering a new approach to education. Our vision challenges the conventional academic model, which often prioritizes qualifications over practical skills.
ASONE Academy: We are working on creating the ASONE Academy, a dynamic and flexible platform where learners can customize their learning journey based on their specific needs, not just on achieving qualifications. Unlike traditional institutions, which often safeguard their accredited model, the ASONE Academy focuses on delivering tangible skills that directly impact industry productivity.
A Skills-Centric Approach: ASONE aspire to establish a new framework offering a wide range of qualifications, training, and continuous professional development (CPD) opportunities. This dynamic carousel of education will meet the evolving demands of the digital broadcast and live performance sectors, focusing on enhancing employability and fostering career progression.
Empowering the Workforce: The ASONE Academy's demand-driven approach will be at the heart of our employability initiatives. By providing learners with precisely what they need to excel in their chosen industry path, we can empower individuals to thrive in the ever-evolving landscape of digital broadcast and live performance.
Building on a Strong Foundation: We have already laid the groundwork built on the knoledge tranfer form partner organisaiton incuding Screen Corwnall, HE and FE intitutions, a network of tutors and educators who have identified existing accredited programs, industry-validated training, essential digtal tech/IT/audio engineer skills and we are ready to offer digtal badges to bridge the gap where there is a bespoke requirement.
Additionally, the ASONE Live will play a pivotal role in nurturing talent and providing real-world experience.
Don't miss this unique opportunity to contribute to the evolution of education in our sector.
Please RSVP if you plan to attend.
