
Schools music events - coming your way in 2024-25!

As schools are winding down for the summer holidays, we are looking ahead to our programme of events for next year. Please find below some details about our upcoming events including dates for your diary of when registration opens for each event.
The Princess and the Pea
A brand new singing project for KS1 starting in September 2024. This project is designed to bring live music to an interactive performance.
Registration opens: 4th September 2024, 12pm
Proms: Adventures in Sound
Performances by professional musicians for KS2 and KS3, presented by Patrick Bailey. These performances will take place in October (exact venue and dates tbc)

ASONE Hub Annual Teachers Conference - Bridging the Gap
ASONE's annual conference returns to the Alverton Hotel in Truro on 19th November 2024
Registration opens: 31st July 2024, 12pm
Songfest 2025
Songfest returns for 2025! This year will focus on songs from the Celtic Nations. Performance venues are spread out throughout Cornwall with performances taking place throughout March 2025.
Registration opens: 16th September 2024, 12pm
Composition Expo
This is an exciting new project for Years 10 and 11. Working with Patrick Bailey, students will be able to submit a piece of composition. Students will then be given the opportunity to perform the original piece at Truro Cathedral accompanied by Propeller Dance company in May 2025.
Registration opens: 25th September
Registration closes: 25th October
Hubbub 2025
This multi-workshop experience will return in the summer term 2025. A fantastic day filled with a whole host of musical activities - don't miss out! Registration will open during the next two terms.
