Reminder for Schools: Submit your School Project Post-delivery forms by the end of term

This is a reminder to all schools who have participated in a funded School Project this term; please submit your post-delivery forms by the end of term. 

A Review Meeting should take place with the Class Teacher and Project Deliverer at the end of your project. During this meeting, the post-delivery form should be submitted.
