SUPPORT FOR NON-SPECIALIST MUSIC TEACHERS
At ASONE Hub, we recognise the challenges faced by non-specialist music teachers across Cornwall. To support you, we’re developing a range of resources and training to build confidence and enhance teaching skills. PEER-TO-PEER MENTORING
We understand the importance of peer-to-peer mentoring and sharing best practice. In April, ASONE Hub will be announcing this year’s Lead Schools. These schools will play a crucial role in fostering peer-to-peer networks throughout Cornwall, creating valuable opportunities for collaboration and support. In the meantime, use our Forum to connect with your peers.
BRIDGING THE GAP AND OUR ANNUAL CONFERENCE
ASONE Hub hosts an annual conference for music educators across Cornwall. This event celebrates the achievements of educators, offers practical workshops, and tackles challenges faced by music teachers. From 2024 to 2026, our conference theme is “Bridging the Gap.” You can read more about this here.
ESSENTIAL TRAINING FOR ASONE HUB REGISTERED PROVIDERS
If you are an ASONE Hub Registered Provider then you are required to have up to date training in the following areas: Safeguarding, First Aid and GDPR. If you're registered, we'll reach out to you annually to ensure you're up to date. But if you need training in any of these areas any sooner, please reach out to us at hub@asoneperform.com
