Thirst Aid Festival Opens Stage to Young Bands – A Call for Performers!
24th–25th May | Near St. Martin | In Support of the RNLI

The Thirst Aid Festival is back on 24th–25th May, bringing community vibes, live music, and fundraising energy to the area near St. Martin. In support of the RNLI, this small-scale local festival is proud to showcase emerging talent while giving back to those who keep our coasts safe.

Calling All Young Bands!
This year, Thirst Aid is opening up its Sunday evening stage to young musicians from Years 9 and 10. If you’re in a band and want the chance to play a real festival, we want to hear from you! While we're steering clear of involving Year 11 students due to the ongoing GCSE season, this is an amazing opportunity for younger performers to step into the spotlight.

What’s On Offer?

  • A live slot on the Thirst Aid Festival stage
  • Backline provided (details on request)
  • Professional sound engineer on-site
  • Interviews and filmed footage as part of the 5 Music Production project
  • Free wristbands for performers and parent chaperones
  • Burger and refreshment tokens for all youth band members
  • A chance to be part of something meaningful and raise funds for the RNLI

Why Get Involved?
Thirst Aid isn’t just about great music – it’s about community spirit. This festival brings people together to support a vital cause, and we’d love for young musicians to play a part. If you want to perform, develop your skills, and do something positive, now’s the time to sign up.
