Reminder: Schools Can Still Book Class Sets of Instruments This Term
Schools Can Still Book Class Sets of Instruments This Term
There’s still time for schools to book class sets of instruments for the current term. These sets give learners the chance to make music together, building confidence, teamwork, and essential musical skills.
Whether your school is planning a one-off project, preparing for an upcoming performance, or supporting learners as they progress, class sets are available for all year groups. Instruments are delivered ready to use, so teachers can focus on creating engaging lessons.
ASONE Hub also offers a wide range of class sets of instruments, available to hire at a subsidised rate of £85 per term (for classes of up to 35 students). Options include:
- Djembe drums with hand percussion
- Samba drums and hand percussion
- Taiko drums
- Gamelan
- Guitars
- Ukuleles
- Keyboards
- Strings – violins, violas, cellos, and double basses (1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, and full sizes available; sets can be mixed)
- Woodwind – flutes, clarinets, saxophones, fifes, recorders, and ocarinas
- Brass – cornets, trumpets (including pocket trumpets), and compact trombones (can be hired as a mixed set)
- Skoogs (up to 10 instruments) – an accessible digital instrument
For individual learners who would like to learn an instrument, parents, carers, or guardians can also hire an instrument directly.
