Calling all Registered Providers: Flightpath Estimate and Claim Update
We’ve made it easier for our Registered Providers to submit funding estimates and claims with our new Flightpath Estimate and Claim Form.
To help reduce administration for everyone, the new form now covers all claim types, including subsidised lessons, minority instrument bursaries and scholarships.

The process itself remains largely the same. Please submit your estimate just before half term, and your final claim at the end of term (as long as your estimate has been approved), completing the actual lessons delivered column and attaching registers. The spreadsheet’s ‘Guidance’ tab includes a step-by-step guide and some frequently asked questions which you may find useful.
We’ve also added dropdown options within the spreadsheet to support administration and reporting, and to improve the consistency of data provided to funders. Please do not add or edit the dropdown menu options.

Key dates:
- Autumn Term 25 Estimate deadline: 24th October 2025
- Autumn Term 25 Claim deadline: 19th December 2025
- Spring Term 26 Estimate deadline: 13th February 2026
- Spring Term 26 Claim deadline: 2nd April 2026
- Summer Term 26 Estimate deadline: 22nd May 2026
- Summer Term 26 Claim deadline: 23rd July 2026
