School Project Funding Deadline Brought Forward for the Summer Term: 30th January 2025

ASONE Hub is advising all schools and Registered Providers that the application deadline for School Project funding for the Summer Term has been moved forward. The new deadline is now:

Friday 30 January, 4:00pm (Previously Friday 7 March)

Following consultation with our partners, this change has been made to ensure that settings receive outcomes earlier in the year. By doing so, schools will have more time to plan, whether their applications are successful or whether they need to explore alternative arrangements.

Both terms so far this year have been oversubscribed, and we anticipate high demand again. As such, funding cannot be guaranteed for any application.

We would like to remind applicants of our key funding terms (as per the T&Cs):

• School Project Funding is only available to schools that would be unable to deliver projects without support from ASONE Hub.
• Schools with sufficient in-house music teaching capacity are encouraged to hire class sets of instruments and request CPD or mentoring if required.
• All payments are contingent on approval from ACE and ASONE Hub.
• As the total funding allocation is fixed, the Hub reserves the right to limit the number of funded projects.
• In the event of oversubscription, priority will be given to schools that have not previously received funding or engaged with School Projects.

We strongly encourage all eligible schools to submit their applications as early as possible ahead of the deadline.
