Applications Open for Creative Work Experience 2026

In 2026, creative organisations across Cornwall are coming together to offer a huge project-based work experience across a range of creative practices, from design to music, arts to screen and lots in between. Each group will receive the same creative brief and interpret it within their own art form, supported by professional mentors.

ASONE Hub is pleased to be facilitating a Music Performance & Live Broadcast placement, taking place from Monday 6th - Friday 10th July 2026.

This hands-on work experience week offers Year 10 learners the opportunity to work as part of a professional live music production team. Participants will be involved in planning, rehearsing, marketing, and delivering a live-streamed performance, inspired by Cornwall’s Heroes.

The placement provides practical experience in music performance, live event production, and digital broadcasting, offering a genuine insight into how live music projects are developed — from initial concept through to final broadcast. Learners will perform either a cover song or an original composition.
