ASONE Hub Offers Pre-tender Briefing Sessions for Prospective HLO Applicants
Dear colleagues,
ASONE Hub invites organisations and partnerships considering a submission for the Hub Lead Organisation (HLO) role for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly to attend one of a series of pre-tender briefing sessions.
Music Hubs exists to ensure that children and young people, as well as the wider community, have access to music education and resources.
This includes supporting schools and communities who may not otherwise have the instruments, provision, or infrastructure to deliver music learning independently.
ASONE Hub is delivered through a network of registered delivery partners to make this access possible.
These confidential sessions are designed to provide a clear and practical understanding of what is involved in delivering a HLO role.
They offer an opportunity to engage directly with the current team, explore the operational systems in place, and gain insight into the day-to-day realities of managing and sustaining a HLO at this scale.

- Wednesday 8th April 10am - 12pm

Location: ASONE Hub, Unit 1 Cardrew Centre, Cardrew Industrial Estate, Redruth, TR15 1SS
During the session, you and/or members of your team will have the opportunity to:
- Spend time with the existing delivery team
- Review core systems, structures, and processes
- Gain insight into partnership management and delivery expectations
- Visit the instrument store and understand the scale and logistics of instrument provision, including private rentals and in-school sets
- Take part in a short working session to explore key considerations
Following a significant period of restructuring, ASONE Hub now operates with transparent, equitable, stable systems and established delivery methodologies.
These sessions are an opportunity to share that foundation that will support continuity of provision across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly as the HLO contract transitions.
