News from Launceston College

Launceston College and ASONE Hub were pleased to invite Year 5 and 6 pupils from Lewannick, Coads Green and St Stephens Primary Schools to their music department, for a musical workshop and a mass sing-along.  Anna Minear, our Schools and Community Engagement Lead for North Cornwall visited the schools beforehand for vocal sessions.  The primary school students learnt about instruments used in Classical music and more modern instruments like Rock Piano, and learnt to play songs on the ukulele using chord charts. Launceston College's production this year is Our House and the day ended with singing songs from the musical.
