ASONE Hub Completes the Final Stage of a Restructure and Welcomes New Team Members
ASONE Hub, committed to advancing music education in Cornwall, is pleased to announce the successful completion of its recent restructuring efforts.
With five new team members recruited; very soon a newly structured and exceptional team will be practically supporting all of our partner organisations and consortium members to deliver the Local Plan for Music Education.
ASONE Hub team now looks like this:
- Peter Truin - Programme Director
- Rosie Ayling - Programme Administrator
- Kirsten Mulcahy - Community Hub Forum Moderator and Administrator
- Louise Kemp - Event Production (existing team member)
- Kath Bukler - Events Administration/Front of House
- Steve Coad - Warehouse and Instrument Manager (existing team member)
- Sarah Coad - Instrument Technician
- Lisa Allen – Finance
The Restructuring Journey
Over the past 12 months, ASONE Hub has conducted an extensive review of its operations, guided by the valuable insights of Arts Council, ASONE Board, ASONE Hub Strategic Advisory Group and Tamar HR.
Acknowledging Contributions
While this restructure marks a new beginning, ASONE Hub will continue to acknowledge the contribution of team members who chose to move on during this transformation. Tanya Moore, Chantelle Moore, and Julia Knight Bennet dedicated their time and talent to the Cornwall Music Education Hub (now ASONE Hub), leaving behind a significant legacy.
A Vision for the Future
The restructure has focused on increasing strategic and human resources, enhancing digital media management and administration, improving data collection and reporting, and introducing a transparent tendering process for all partners and consortium members.
ASONE Board Members, Managing Director and Interim Programme Director would like to thank everyone who has supported this paradigm shift in delivering ASONE Hub and say that your support is acknowledged and appreciated.
