School Projects Reminder: Submit your post-delivery form by the end of term

This is a reminder to all schools who have participated in a School Project this term; please submit your post-delivery form by the end of term. 

A Review Meeting should take place with the Class Teacher(s) and Project Deliverer at the end of your project. During this meeting, the post-delivery form should be submitted. 

You can find the form here.

Before you start, please make sure you have the following ready to upload:

  1. The Deliverer's lesson plan document outlining outcomes and activities.
  2. The school's Music Development Plan.
  3. The Data Submission spreadsheet - this can be downloaded here
